Estudio “Estado de la RSE en las Américas”
Lanzamiento del cuestionario en la Conferencia Internacional Ethos 2009
 Nos alegra lanzar en la Conferencia Internacional de Ethos el cuestionario central a nuestro estudio “Estado de la RSE en las Américas” que se realiza en 18 países del continente en alianza entre nuestra institución y la Red Forum Empresa.
La Conferencia Internacional Ethos 2009, que tendrá lugar del 15 al 18 de junio de 2009, en São Paulo, es un evento promovido por el Instituto Ethos de Empresas e Responsabilidade Social y realizado por el UniEthos – Educação para a Responsabilidade Social e o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, en alianza con el Instituto Akatu pelo Consumo Consciente,Movimento Nossa São Paulo, Rede Brasileira do Pacto Global y São Paulo Turismo.
La encuesta incluye preguntas sobre aspectos como el gobierno corporativo, las relaciones con la comunidad, sus trabajadores, medioambiente y consumidores. Si bien en otras regiones (Europa y Asia) existen estudios cuantitativos que dan cuenta de los avances que han realizado las empresas, en las Américas esta información aún no se ha relevado en forma global. Por ello, lo invitamos para que su empresa sea parte de este estudio cuyos resultados le brindaran información por aspecto de la RSE, por industria, por país y sub región de América.

Study “State of CSR in the Americas”
Survey to be launched at Ethos’ International Conference 2009
We are pleased to launch at Ethos’ International Conference 2009 the central survey of our study “State of CSR in the Americas”, a joint undertaking between our institution and the Forum Empresa Network which is being conducted in 18 countries throughout the continent.
The 2009 Ethos International Conference, to be held June 15-18, 2009 in São Paulo, is an event promoted by the Ethos Institute – Business and Social Responsibility, and organized by UniEthos – Education on Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development, in partnership with the Akatu Institute for Conscious Consumptione, Our São Paulo Movement, theGlobal Compact Brazilian Network and SPTuris (Official São Paulo Tourism Organization).
The survey includes questions regarding specific aspects of corporate government, the environment, working with communities, employees, and consumers. Although quantitative studies conducted in other regions of the world (Europe and Asia) have demonstrated that companies are progressing along these lines, such comprehensive information on the Americas is still not available. Therefore, we invite your company to take part in this study, which upon completion will offer holistic information on CSR aspects by industry, country, and sub-region of the Americas.
